Beim Hotmelt Moulding arbeiten die Maschinen mit eher niedrigen Temperaturen und weitaus geringerem Einspritzdruck als beim normalen Kunststoffspritzguss. Das schont die Bauteile, lässt die Thermoplaste schnell aushärten und ist relativ preiswert. An den Qualitäten der Methode ändert das nichts: Unsere Hotmelt-Vergusswerkstoffe sind für Stecker und Sensoren ebenso geeignet wie für ganze Baugruppen. Sie halten Permafrost ebenso aus wie mittlere Backofentemperaturen, widerstehen Salz sowie Alkohol und können in jede gewünschte Form gebracht werden.

Das richtige Vergussmaterial für Hotmelt Moulding zu finden, ist eine Kunst für sich. Denn wegen der geringen Kühlzeiten bleiben nur wenige Sekunden, um auch filigranste Bauteile lückenlos zu umschließen, keine Kavität auszulassen und ohne Verzug aus der Maschine zu kommen. Da wir umfassend beraten, uns um Werkzeugdesign und -bau kümmern und auch die gesamte Verarbeitungstechnik vom Tank bis zum Extruder bereitstellen, brauchen Sie eigentlich nur noch die Farbe auszusuchen.
